Drive Engagement and Growth

• Write and optimize newsletters, blogs, and campaigns that achieve top-tier open and click-through rates.
• Use A / B testing, analytics, and audience insights to refine messaging and performance.
• Increase time-on-page and engagement metrics for Spear Digest content.
