My client is a turnkey branding solutions company that specializes in linear LED lighting, custom signage, and sheet metal fabrication to enhance branding. They are looking to add an Operations Manager to oversee the manufacturing operations for their Custom Signage division.

Job Details
Responsibilities :
1. Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing unit, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
2. Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction, identifying opportunities for savings and improvements.
3. Lead the production planning process, ensuring that production schedules are met and resources are utilized effectively.
4. Manage materials effectively, taking into account inventory levels, supply chain considerations, and production requirements.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing unit, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and team members.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.
8. Provide leadership and direction to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in cost reduction, production planning, materials management, and overall management.
4. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry best practices.
