About the Role

Were seeking an individual with at least 1 yearof hands-on experience in the construction field. The ideal candidate is not only skilled, but also brings a positive attitude , strong communication skills , and a desire to grow with an established, values-driven brand.

What You'll Do

  • Install K-style and half-round gutters with precision
  • Represent the brand positively when interacting with clients and coworkers
  • Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
  • Support and train newer team members as you grow into leadership
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
  • Work occasional overtime as needed

    • What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years experience in construction
  • Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • OSHA certification and / or ladder safety training (preferred)
  • Passion for your craft and pride in doing things right the first time

    • Requirements

  • Age 18+
  • Valid drivers license
  • Ability to work at heights and outdoors in all seasons
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

    • Compensation

  • Hourly rate : $17-$24 / hr , depending on experience
  • Opportunities for raises tied to our Skills Ladder Training Program
  • Overtime available
  • Performance bonus available
  • Health insurance reimbursement after 6 months of employment
