At Touchstone, we believe that every voice matters and that strong business operations are the foundation of high-quality care. As a Business Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring financial health, maintaining compliance, and supporting the residents and families we serve.
What You’ll Do :
- Oversee private pay collections, Medicaid pending A / R, and third-party claims with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Keep on-hold unbilled claims below 0.25% of non-private revenue and ensure claims are not aged more than 30 days.
- Reconcile trust funds by the 5th business day of each month, ensuring compliance and zero deficiencies.
- Utilize position-related software (PCC, Papersave, SSI, etc.), adhere to HIPAA privacy standards, and maintain business office policies.
- Serve as a key resource for staff, residents, and families, ensuring smooth financial operations and a supportive environment.
