• Qualifications :
• Minimum five years’ experience in related fields, with a focus on bridge design and transportation structures
• Bachelor's in civil engineering required; Master’s in structural engineering preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, MicroStation, and structural analysis tools
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with IDOT and ISTHA design standards is a plus
