• TransAm Schwan’s Kansas Dedicated Truck Drivers Enjoy :
• Starting pay rate from $0.61 / mile to $0.65 / mile, loaded and empty
• We reward safety early and often—starting with a raise after your first 30 days if you stay accident-free and maintain a high safety score. From there, pay increases are reviewed bi-annually, giving you the opportunity to grow your earnings through safe, consistent driving.
• Weekly guarantee for working full schedule
• Out for 8 days followed by 48 hours of home time.

• TransAm Schwan’s Kansas Dedicated Truck Driver Job Requirements :
• Valid CDL-A
• Must have at-least 12 months of verified over-the-road tractor-trailer driving experience
• Minimum 21-years-old
• Zero accidents in the last 6 months
• No more than 1 accident in the last 12 months

• May be eligible for a guaranteed gross weekly pay amount for working a full schedule, not being responsible for any service failures, and no preventable accidents. Continued employment through the date of payment is a material condition of eligibility and a condition precedent to earning the incentive.
