Service Success Advocate
Join a mission-driven team supporting individuals and therapists on a leading online therapy platform. As a Service Success Advocate, you'll be the first point of contact for users seeking help with both technical and non-technical issues. Your role will be essential in ensuring smooth experiences across live sessions, app functionality, subscription management, and privacy concerns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide empathetic and efficient support via email and phone (chat support may be added later).
- Handle 3550 tickets per hour, including :
- Technical Support (2530%) : Troubleshoot app / website issues, report bugs, and investigate root causes.
- Non-Technical Support (7075%) : Address questions about subscriptions, refunds, financial aid, privacy, and therapy setup.
- Collaborate with engineering and internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Uphold high standards of empathy, professionalism, and responsiveness.
Qualifications :
24 years of customer support experience, ideally with some technical exposure.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong multitasking and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.Experience in mental health or wellness platforms (preferred).Familiarity with app-based support environments (preferred).Work Environment :
Schedule : TuesdaySaturday.Training schedule may differ from final shift; flexibility required.Start time no earlier than 8 : 00 AM PST / 9 : 00 AM MST.Why Join Us?

This is a Contract position based out of El Paso, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
