Bilingual Health Insurance Agent

Collective Choice, an Alera Group company, is looking for a Bilingual Health Insurance Agent (Korean / English) to join our team for a new role based from our Koreatown office location. Responsibilities

Guide clients through health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance optionscustomizing plans to fit their needs.

Engage with prospective clients by phone, online, and in person; follow up to maximize enrollment and satisfaction.

Clearly explain insurance concepts (like subsidies, deductibles, co-pays, and out-of-pocket maximums) so clients feel confident in their choices.

Maintain accurate records in our CRM and on platforms like Covered California, ensuring data security and compliance.

Provide outstanding customer service and refer clients to the right resources when needed.

Collaborate with your team to hit sales goals, brainstorm marketing ideas, and keep our office welcoming and professional.

Stay current with licensing, certifications, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

Bilingual fluency in Korean and English.

High school diploma or higher.

At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience.

Strong knowledge of health insurance plans and benefits.

Self-motivation, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.

Comfort with Google Workspace and CRM tools.

Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow.

Hourly range is $20 to $24 per hour + commission.
