The Component and Sub System Hardware Validation team is responsible for ensuring components and sub-systems on our vehicles to meet all functional and reliability targets needed to facilitate our autonomous mobility service. Through a methodical approach to requirements definition and validation testing we hold a high bar for component and subsystem performance. We are looking for a validation traceability specialist to help us ensure we've dotted our i's and crossed our t's. This is a role focused on traceability and clarity through the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Review component and subsystem requirements, verification methods and design validation plans
• Identify gaps in process, missing links, or inconsistencies between requirements and test cases
• Develop and implement tools to help us create and maintain clear traceability
• Work closely with validation engineers to create action plans to bring issues identified to resolution
• Collaborate with adjacent validation workstreams and requirements management teams
• Drive traceability closure to support platform engineering sign-off
