Overview

Blazer Jobs is partnering with a supportive North DFW area school district to hire an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a rewarding school-based contract position in Lewisville, TX. This role is ideal for a BCBA who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about helping students with autism and other behavioral needs reach their full potential.

The selected BCBA will provide direct and consultative behavioral support, train staff in evidence-based interventions, and help shape positive and data-informed school culture across the district. Candidates with prior school-based experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Hourly rate : $32.57–$41.74 per hour, based on experience and district assignment.

Weekly pay and consistent recruiter support provided throughout the contract.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to students and staff
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and administrators to create supportive environments
• Deliver training and coaching to paraprofessionals and classroom teams in ABA methods
• Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethics and district policies
