JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry / Data Input Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately input and update data into our systems while maintaining the highest level of precision and efficiency. The successful candidate will be dependable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude, as they will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our organization's data.

Job Responsibilities :

Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, including entering, verifying, and updating data in our databases and information systems.

Review and cross-check data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and promptly rectify any discrepancies found.

Handle repetitive data entry tasks with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.

Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information and maintain data integrity at all times.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve data-related issues or inquiries.

Adhere to established data entry protocols, guidelines, and quality standards to ensure uniformity and consistency in data management.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to provide progress updates and report any challenges or concerns that may affect productivity.

Strive to continuously improve data entry processes and suggest enhancements to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency.

Requirements :

Proven experience in data entry or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.

Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute (WPM).

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.

Proficient computer skills, including data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Dependability and punctuality are essential to succeed in this role.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

High school diploma or equivalent education required.

Working Hours :

Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break.

Pay rate : 14 / hr.

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
