What You'll Be Doing

Support adults with developmental disabilities in daily living activities

Assist with hygiene, grooming, dressing, and bathroom needs

Engage clients in activities : walking, reading, games, computer projects

Prepare meals and assist with cleanup

Follow client routines and IPP plans

Transport clients using company vehicles (if needed)

Qualifications

Required

DSP I & II certifications

3+ years experience with developmental or mental health disabilities

Valid driver's license

Age 21+ with clean driving record (no more than 2 points in 3 years)

Willing to complete RBT certification within 12 months

Preferred

CPR / First Aid

CPI certification

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 50 lbs

Work indoors / outdoors in all weather
