Job Title : Locum - Physician - Neurology

Summary : We are seeking a dedicated Neurologist to cover locum positions at our state-of-the-art facilities in Bryan and College Station, Texas. This opportunity is for a qualified physician who can provide general neurology services and is interested in a 7 on 7 off schedule. Our modern inpatient setting seeks to maintain a high quality of care for our patients over a range of coverage dates.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and treat patients with neurological conditions.
  • Provide comprehensive care within an inpatient setting, seeing approximately 14-20 patients per day.
  • Read EEGs as part of diagnostics and treatment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using Meditech EMR.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled.

Qualifications :

  • Board Certified in Neurology.
  • Experience in managing inpatient neurology cases.
  • Ability to read EEGs is essential.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

    • License and Certification Requirements :

  • Current Texas medical license required for September and October dates; IMLC may be considered for later dates.
  • Malpractice history must be clean and is strongly preferred.
