Private practice is seeking a traditional hygienist that puts patient care first. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and not afraid to speak to patients, who love what they do and are not in the industry just for the money, passionate about dentistry. Each patient is allowed 1 hour for recare, 90 minutes for SRP’s- for 2 quads. Established family practice that allows the RDH free to run the hygiene department. DDS is laid back and doesn’t have a lot of interaction with the hygienists other than exams. The office is busy and has a solid staff. The staff make up is 1 DDS, 1.5 RDH’s, 1.5 DA’s, 1 FO. The longest tenured employee is at 5 years. Position is available due to current RDH leaving dentistry.
