Job Title : Security & Fire Protection Services Emergency Dispatcher B

Location : Mesa, AZ

Job Responsibilities :

  • Answer and log emergency calls while dispatching and monitoring multiple fire and security radio channels.
  • Provide Pre-Arrival Instructions following established policies and procedures.
  • Make necessary notifications as required.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Assist in training and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Obtain Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification (training provided).

Skills Required :

  • 1+ years of experience in multitasking and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with hearing and understanding multiple sound sources while simultaneously and accurately documenting information in Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) is preferred.
  • Experience in emergency dispatch or related roles is a plus.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and provide professional customer interactions.
  • Strong listening skills to manage multiple sound sources and document accurately.
