Job Title : Project Manager 2

Overview : A leading government agency is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager 2 with a background in managing large-scale enterprise implementations. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, budgeting, overseeing, and documenting the development and implementation of modifications and enhancements to a Financial Data Warehouse. The role requires hands-on project management for Agile teams and an understanding of industry-standard PMI frameworks and methodologies within Agile organizations. The successful candidate will coordinate with key stakeholders, manage project documentation, and ensure smooth communication between technical teams and business clients.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, and documentation of multiple projects.
• Implement standard project management practices for Agile (Scrum) teams.
• Create and manage project charters, work plans, and other project documentation.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure business and technical objectives are met.
• Provide technical support during regular business hours and on-call as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with both clients and IT teams to translate technical designs and business processes.
• Develop presentations and project updates for leadership and oversight entities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
