As the Regional Business Developer you will drive market growth, expand the company's presence, and cultivate strong partnerships across the Midwest region. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships with employers, and promoting workforce programs and services that address regional labor-market needs. The ideal candidate is a consultative seller with deep knowledge of workforce development, staffing, talent acquisition, etc. and will be located in one of the following states : Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, or Indiana.
