🟦 Inside Sales Representative – Appointment Coordination Department
Future Home Restoration , a company specialized in residential solutions (Home improvement services, and W ater Treatment, ), is expanding and looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to our Appointment Coordination Department .
We’re seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) , proactive professional with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to contact, assist, and coordinate appointments with customers interested in our services.
1. General Job Description :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers interested in Future Home Restoration’s residential services (water treatment, remodeling, and home improvement solutions).
- Build effective and trustworthy communication with clients to schedule appointments at their convenience, ensuring a smooth and personalized consultation experience.
- Confirm and verify all scheduled appointments, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Meet productivity and service goals while maintaining a professional, empathetic, and results-oriented attitude.
2. Key Responsibilities :
Make and receive calls in a professional and effective manner.Contact new leads from the CRM as quickly as possible.Schedule, confirm, and verify appointments with precision.Use predefined scripts and informational materials to guide client conversations.Update and maintain records, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM.Achieve daily and weekly performance and productivity targets established by the sales department.3. Job Requirements :
Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish.Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.Strong communication, empathy, and persuasion skills.Excellent organization, punctuality, and ability to multitask effectively.High school diploma or equivalent.4. Technical Knowledge :
Proficiency with CRM systems (GoHighLevel or similar).Familiarity with call management tools and Microsoft Office.Ability to type and record information quickly and accurately.Comfortable using digital platforms and sales support tools.5. Position Details :
