Overview

We are seeking a skilled Med-Surg Oncology RN to provide exceptional care to adult patients in a patient-centered, collaborative environment. Responsibilities

Collect comprehensive patient data to guide individualized care plans.

Perform clinical assessments and manage treatment autonomously.

Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.

Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and care needs.

Develop and implement patient-centered care plans and monitor outcomes.

Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatment plans.

Ensure patient safety and effective use of time, equipment, and supplies.

Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality, efficient care.

Qualifications

Required :

Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience .

Florida RN license or approved multistate compact license (must obtain Florida license within 60 days if compact).

Current BLS certification.

Preferred :

ACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire).

BSN degree.

Experience in oncology or medical-surgical nursing.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay : $27.72 to $39.60 (based on years of experience).

Shift Differentials :

Nights : +$3 / hr

Weekends : +$2 / hr

Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 (Days) / $15,000 (Nights)
