Join our team at Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Part-Time Therapist at the Eagle Mountain Family Clinic (EMFC) in Eagle Mountain this onsite role youll thrive in a supportive team-centered environment grounded in empathy collaboration and innovative care. With a competitive wage of $28.50$44.03 / hour this position recognizes both your clinical expertise and your commitment to providing high-quality therapeutic services. Schedule : Tuesday and Thursday 10 : 00 AM-7 : 00 PM / Friday 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM

Compensation : $28.50$44.03 DOE and licensure

What Youll Do as a Therapist

  • Provide individual and family therapy to clients enrolled at Eagle Mountain Family Clinic.
  • Conduct clinical assessments develop treatment plans and document services in alignment with WBH standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and support client progress.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload that allows for meaningful effective therapeutic work.
  • Participate in team meetings case consultations and ongoing trainings to support best practices.
  • Foster a calm client-centered environment that supports safety trust and positive therapeutic outcomes.

    • Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Social Work Mental Health Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Utah licensure as CSW ACMHC AMFT LCSW CMHC or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).
  • Solid skills in clinical assessment treatment planning and providing therapy.
  • Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
  • Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
  • Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
  • Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase

    Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
