Senior Manager, Technical Accounting

As the Senior Manager of Technical Accounting, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $150,000 to $175,000 per year.

Responsibilities :

Oversee the SOX process at the Corporate office

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective control procedures

Review business operations during month and quarter-end close

Assess businesses for indicators of impairment

Streamline and develop best practice reporting requirements

Work closely with the finance team to enhance reporting Qualifications :

CPA Certification : Active or inactive

Experience in Big 4 public accounting with a focus on SEC 10K / 10Q and / or technology companies (minimum 3 years)

Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls
