Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Party Chief to join our team. This role is ideal for a surveyor with a strong background in surveying, outside of the oil and gas industry, and for CAD technicians who are knowledgeable in plot plan designs, survey equipment, and survey standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct boundary and construction staking surveys, as well as ALTA surveys.
• Utilize survey equipment and software to perform topographic and land surveys.
• Lead and manage a one-person survey crew effectively.
• Ensure compliance with survey standards and maintain accurate records.
• Transition into more office-based work over the next few years, if desired.

Work Environment

This position operates within an office environment in Colorado, working with a team of eight. Fieldwork requires direct reporting to project sites. Employees are provided a company vehicle and gas card. A guaranteed 40 hours per week is offered, even in winter months, with opportunities for CAD training. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenwood Village, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00 / hr.
