Graphic Designer

Dodd Creative Group is currently seeking a graphic designer to join our branding team. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual skills, familiarity with a breadth of media types (especially print and web), and a knack for composing beautiful compositions. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, energetic, and flexible. This is full-time, in-office position in Dallas, TX (This is not a remote position).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Print design (layout, revisions, and mechanical art production for brochures, flyers, etc.), digital media design (layout, revisions, and file prep for website graphics, video assets, Powerpoint presentations, etc.).
• Create branding guides, final logo files and usage standards for client work.
• Draw and edit floor plans and site maps.
• Design and edit website content via a variety of content management systems.
• Coordinate with print vendors, web developers, shipping services, etc.
• Maintain well-organized, well-built, error-free files.
• Manage one’s own workload, stay on top of multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, and keep in constant communication with manager about project status.
• Stay up-to-date on current industry trends, technologies, best practices, etc.
