Responsibilities
- Lead Regionalmunity Development Outreach and serves as local CRA munity Reinvestment Act) leader for one or more Regions. Maintain productive relationships andmunication plan with market leadership team including Regional Presidents. Work closely with Regional and / ormunity presidents to ensure colleagues are actively engaged in local needs or opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local and regional organizations focused on affordable housing, small business / economic development,munity services, revitalization, and stabilization of low to moderate ie areas.
- Assess regional needs by engaging external partners and develop strategic action plans to meet the needs of themunity. Lead and coordinate local activities regarding Huntington's CRA performance andmitments.
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly strategy plans to be presented to executive leadership team. Deliver appropriate local market information, training, and guidance to business lines at the local and regional level.
- Work with regional leadership to create strategic philanthropic plan; Responsible for budget forecasting and assistingmunity partners with submissions to the charitable grant process.
- Responsible for creating and executing CRA qualified volunteer service opportunities according to identifiedmunity needs.
- Demonstrate corporate leadershipmitments by representing the bank on boards and / ormittees that serve the needs of low to moderate iemunities and identify opportunities for colleague board engagement.
- Maintain involvement and current knowledge of local programs, products, initiatives and events focused onmunity and economic development.
- Lead new product and other outreach campaigns for assigned region(s) according to outlined corporatemunication plans.

Basic Qualifications :
3+ years CRAmunity development or other related experience requiredBachelor's degree requiredPreferred Qualifications :
5+ years of CRAmunity development or other related experienceMasters DegreeExecutive leadership and relationship management experience requiredEffective written and oralmunication skills requiredProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint requiredExempt Status : (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) ( No = eligible for overtime pay)
