Medical Receptionist

Core Job duties :

Greeting Visitors : Warmly welcoming guests as they enter the office ensuring they are directed to the right person or department.

Answering Phone Calls : Handling incoming calls providing information and transferring calls to the appropriate department or personnel.

Scheduling Appointments : Managing calendars booking meetings and ensuring that appointments are organized.

Administrative Support : Performing tasks like data entry filing and handling correspondence (emails mail etc.).

Other projects as needed

Qualifications :

• Previous experience with medical software packages
• Medical office experience preferred
• Microsoft office proficiency

Additional Information :

The anticipated base salary range for this position is  $18.00 an Hour . Salary is based on various factors including relevant experience knowledge skills other job-related qualifications and geography. Medical dental vision 401(k) paid time off and other benefits are also available subject to the terms of the Companys plan.
