About This Role :
- Fundraising & Donor Relations : Manages the donor database to ensure accuracy, segmentation, and reporting; develops and implements communication strategies including acknowledgments, newsletters, and campaign updates; strengthens stewardship and retention through personalized outreach and engagement initiatives.
- Campaign & Event Support : Partners with the Special Events Manager to execute fundraising events and donor campaigns; assists with sponsor identification, outreach, and fulfillment; coordinates campaign calendars, timelines, and performance tracking; leads volunteer recruitment, training, and coordination.
- Marketing Collaboration : Works closely with the Marketing team to align messaging for campaigns, donor spotlights, and impact stories; prepares materials for email, print, and social platforms.
- Grant Support & Reporting : Researches grant opportunities that align with organizational priorities; drafts and submits proposals with the Executive Director; maintains calendars for grant deadlines and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, public health, or a related field.4–6 years of professional experience in fundraising, development, or nonprofit operations.Proven track record in donor cultivation, campaign execution, and volunteer management.Proficiency in donor management software and Microsoft Office; familiarity with healthcare or community-based nonprofit work preferred.Culture and Benefits :
