Lead and manage the full pipeline for Shopify Plus build, re-platform, and CRO opportunities. Run discovery calls that uncover goals, constraints, and growth potential. Build scopes, estimates, and proposals that show clear value. Present solutions with confidence and collaborate with the CEO during key pitches. Keep deals moving with proactive and consistent communication. Shape strong solutions.
Use your Shopify Plus, CRO, UX, and eCommerce knowledge to recommend the right approach for each brand. Identify conversion opportunities, recommend integrations or tools, and shape solutions that are practical, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Work closely with delivery leaders to prepare accurate scopes and ensure smooth handoffs. Stay connected after the sale to uphold solution quality.
Build and activate partner relationships. Strengthen relationships across the Shopify Plus ecosystem with technology partners, integration partners, and co marketing collaborators. Identify partner tools that support client needs. Participate in co selling efforts and help expand the pipeline through partner activity.
Stay ahead of trends. Stay informed on trends in CRO, personalization, UX, automation, AI, and the growth of Agentic Commerce. Bring useful insights back to the team and support internal learning that enhances our services.
