Associate Consulting Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Process Analyst with 7-9 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Experience with ServiceNow is preferred, and candidates must hold the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification along with other recognized Business Analyst certifications.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the analysis, documentation, and improvement of business processes across various departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, gather requirements, and define solutions.
• Use ServiceNow platform knowledge to support process automation, workflow design, and system enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit and validate requirements.
• Develop detailed process maps, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and management.
• Ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in business analysis.
