Job Title : Line Operator

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Pay : $21.00 per hour

Shift : First Shift – 12-Hour Shifts

Environment : High Heat Manufacturing Facility

Position Overview

We’re seeking a dependable and safety-minded Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a physically demanding role in a high-heat environment, ideal for someone who can work efficiently, stay focused under tough conditions, and keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production line machinery to ensure continuous and safe operation.

Load raw materials and remove finished products from the line.

Perform basic equipment checks and notify maintenance of any issues.

Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Document production data accurately and report any defects or quality concerns.

Assist team members as needed to meet production goals.

Requirements

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.

Ability to work in extreme heat for extended periods.

Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on your feet.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Schedule

First shift (daytime hours)

Three 12-hour days per week (overtime may be required)

Physical Demands

Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

Working in a high-temperature industrial environment.
