Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with legislators and regulators in the designated territory
Review and monitor state legislation and proposed regulations, providing feedback and testimony
Draft comment letters and talking points for internal and external partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; Juris doctorate or related graduate degree preferred
5 years of experience in Government Relations
Experience in Pharmacy, Insurance, or Health Policy
Knowledge of Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and SharePoint
Commitment to compliance program objectives
