BluePearl Pet Hospital in Midvale, Utah is seeking a collaborative, visionary, and team-oriented Medical Director to guide our growing emergency and specialty services. This is a unique opportunity to lead with purpose, elevate patient care, and build a culture where clinicians thrive.

What We Offer :

Competitive base + production compensation : $200,000–$275,000 / year

Annual leadership stipend : Up to $50,000

Eligible for sign-on bonus, production incentives, and relocation support

Dedicated administrative time to lead effectively while maintaining work-life balance

Your Role as Medical Director :

Champion excellence in patient care, client service, and safety

Foster a clinician-driven, learning-focused culture

Lead efforts in recruitment, engagement, and retention

Strengthen relationships with referring veterinarians through CE events and case collaboration
