Project Development Engineer 3

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Planning : Lead the development of strategic project plans, objectives, and scope, aligning them with the organization's goals and client requirements.
• Feasibility Assessment : Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to evaluate project viability and potential challenges.
• Design and Development : Oversee the project design phase, working closely with engineers and designers to create detailed project plans, specifications, and blueprints.
• Resource Allocation : Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal project execution.
• Budget Management : Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, tracking expenditures and implementing cost-saving measures when necessary.
• Quality Assurance : Implement robust quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables adhere to the highest quality standards and specifications.
• Risk Mitigation : Identify and proactively address potential project risks, developing risk mitigation strategies to maintain project progress. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure that projects comply with all relevant regulations, permits, and legal requirements, obtaining necessary approvals and permits.
• Stakeholder Management : Maintain transparent communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Project Monitoring : Continuously track project progress, identify any deviations, delays, or issues, and take corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
• Reporting : Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
