Job Description

Draft legal documents including discovery motions summaries briefs affidavits and correspondence.

Conduct factual investigations and analyze case data to support litigation strategy.

Perform legal research organize case materials and maintain detailed case files.

Translate and interpret Spanish documents and dictations as needed.

Assist in all phases of discovery and trial preparation including coordinating exhibits and preparing binders.

Monitor case progress deadlines budgets and trial logistics.

Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure cases are trial-ready and thoroughly supported.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Prior personal injury litigation experience preferred.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong research writing and communication skills.

Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.

Detail-oriented proactive and dependable under deadlines.
