LOCATION : International Gamco (9335 N 48th St. Omaha, NE)

SCHEDULE : MON - TH (2 : 45 PM - 11 : 45 PM) & FRI (11 : 45 AM - 5 : 45 PM)

PAY RANGE : Category 4

What You'll Do

This position is a full-time permanent position in a manufacturing environment which produces charitable and lottery gaming products, including pull-tab tickets (break-open tickets), bingo paper and bingo dabbers.

This position will be responsible for operating and monitoring various job functions related to the barcode wrapping and packaging process, ensuring compliance with production specifications and quality assurance protocols.

The ideal candidate is a reliable, detail-oriented individual with 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. They can operate machinery with minimal supervision, follow detailed instructions, and meet daily production goals. Strong organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, and a commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include :

  • Verify skid tags for correct serial numbers, colors, wincode numbers, and form numbers before wrapping.
  • Follow production schedule for specific wrapping instructions (e.g., Regular, Minnesota, Washington, Indiana).
  • Record all prepared skids in designated logs.
  • Collaborate with a second employee to verify the accuracy of labels, flares, payouts, and win-codes.
  • Cross-check win-code printouts with reference sheets for accuracy.
  • Follow all quality control standards and documentation requirements (Web Doc procedures).
  • Perform rewraps and re-case all returned product per company standards.
  • Manage and maintain the loose deal program.
  • Return unused flares and payouts to proper locations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Barcode area.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and report shortages or issues.
  • Review Web Doc instructions for each form and initial to confirm understanding.
  • Complete all tasks in compliance with safety and quality protocols.
  • Promptly report production, quality, or safety issues to the Shift Supervisor.
  • Meet or exceed daily shift production goals.
  • Work independently and support team members as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

What You'll Need

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, required.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced industrial or printing environment is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to operate machinery and meet production goals with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting up, adjusting, and operating equipment to meet quality and productivity targets. Able to quickly identify and resolve routine mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Proficiency in using computers and aptitude for learning proprietary software.
  • Ability to navigate production software, input data accurately, and use digital tools (e.g., barcoding systems, job tracking applications) to follow instructions and document work.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free work.
  • Consistently able to maintain high standards of accuracy when handling product labeling, win-code verification, and packaging. Demonstrates vigilance in cross-checking information and ensuring product quality.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable communicating clearly with supervisors and team members, documenting production activity, and understanding written work instructions or job-specific procedures.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities while contributing positively to a collaborative work culture. Displays initiative and reliability in day-to-day operations.
  • Ability to work well in a diverse environment.
  • Additional Requirements :

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (sponsorship is not available).
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
