Lead recruitment efforts for hourly rolesposting screening interviewing and onboardingwhile supporting compliance with hiring protocols. Manage HR processes in Workday including employment changes evaluations and communication tools. Facilitate orientation track safety certifications and assist in promoting wellness and benefit programs. Coordinate associate relations efforts benefits support recognition programs and HR reporting needs. At least 2 years of HR or administrative experience to effectively manage daily HR operations and systems. Customer service background essential for resolving associate concerns with professionalism and care. Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office to create reports presentations and maintain accurate records. Recruiting experience preferred supporting a seamless and effective hiring process from outreach to onboarding. Bilingual skills and HR certification (preferred) enhance communication and add credibility in a diverse compliance-driven setting.
