Human Resources Generalist

The HR Generalist with a Payroll & Benefits emphasis is responsible for administering and managing FairCom’s day-to-day HR functions, with a focus on payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance, and employee support. This role will ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with federal and state laws while supporting broader HR initiatives that promote an engaged, high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Administration (40%)

• Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Verify timesheets, deductions, and adjustments while maintaining confidentiality.
• Working with the Finance Team, reconcile payroll reports.
• Manage relationships with payroll vendors and troubleshoot payroll-related issues.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
