Overview

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a dedicated Data Mitigation Pipeline Engineer (Contractor) to join their team. As a Data Mitigation Pipeline Engineer (Contractor), you will be part of the Data Management Department supporting Data Mitigation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support FAIR mitigation efforts by developing and optimizing data mitigation pipelines.
• Preprocess datasets, converting original data into formats compatible with mitigation pipelines.
• Automate file processing and data transfer tasks to improve efficiency.
• Execute filtering operations using internal pipelines to ensure data integrity.
• Apply filtering results to original datasets and prepare data for downstream consumption.
