Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and great with people? We're looking for an energetic Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep our office running smoothly.
As the face of our office and the backbone of our daily operations, you'll support leadership and staff through a variety of administrative tasks — all while maintaining the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet and assist clients and visitors
- Organize meetings, maintain schedules, and manage contact lists
- Prepare correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Maintain filing systems (both digital and manual)
- Manage inventory and order office supplies
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and procedures
- Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Maintain a professional, efficient, and welcoming office environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required1+ years of experience as a receptionist or admin assistant preferredExperience in real estate, banking, or title services is a plusStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office required)Excellent written and verbal communicationHighly organized, reliable, and self-motivatedProfessional demeanor and ability to handle confidential informationWhat We Offer
