Senior Design Engineer - PE Licensed

Join an innovative engineering firm as a Senior Design Engineer, where you'll leverage your PE license and design expertise to lead diverse projects while mentoring the next generation of engineers. This role combines technical leadership, project management, and hands-on engineering in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Essential Responsibilities :

Lead and execute engineering design projects from conception through construction administration
Develop comprehensive engineering calculations and plan documentation
Manage client relationships and represent the firm at project meetings
Oversee construction site work and ensure compliance with safety standards
Mentor junior engineers and foster team development
Drive project success through effective budget and timeline management
Create and review technical documentation across all project phases

Qualifications & Requirements :

Active Professional Engineering (PE) License required

BS in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution (or Associate's degree with equivalent experience)

Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam

Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills

Proven project management and team leadership experience

Excellence in technical communication and documentation

Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
