This role will partner with leadership to evaluate business performance, create financial models, and prepare budgets and forecasts. The ideal candidate will bring a background in financial planning & analysis, strong modeling experience, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.Duties / Responsibilities : Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.Conduct variance analysis to evaluate discrepancies between actual and budgeted figures.Support the team in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and reporting.Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and understand departmental impacts on overall company performance.Create Microsoft Excel pivot tables, formulas, and macros for data management and dashboard reporting.Develop and maintain data flows and dashboards.Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.Conduct market research to understand trends and impacts on financial performance.Apply Microsoft Excel formulas, features, and functions for data management and dashboard reporting.Required Skills / Abilities : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
