Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Facilities, you'll oversee all aspects of hospital security operations, from managing contracted services to ensuring a safe, compliant, and responsive environment across our campuses.

What You'll Do :

• Lead and supervise all security functions and personnel
• Oversee incident response, investigations, and policy enforcement
• Manage surveillance systems and conduct safety / fire drills
• Ensure fire safety compliance, including monthly extinguisher checks
