Position : Mechanical Engineer
Role Overview
The Mechanical Engineer at ALLTEX Staffing is responsible for designing developing and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment that support industrial operations. This role ensures reliability efficiency and compliance with safety standards while driving innovation in mechanical processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement mechanical systems machinery and components for industrial use.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical engineers project managers operations staff) to support plant activities.
- Prepare detailed technical reports schematics and documentation for mechanical projects.
- Recommend and implement upgrades to improve efficiency safety and performance.
- Oversee installation testing and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems thermodynamics hydraulics and materials science.Proficiency in engineering software (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks ANSYS).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key Skills
