Job Requirements

Education Requirements :  Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

Certifications Requirements :  ARRT certification in MRI, NC State License.

Experience Requirements :  Minimum of 1 year of MRI technologist experience.

Other Requirements :  Ability to perform DEXA scans preferred; excellent technical skills; strong attention to detail; effective communication skills; flexibility to work rotating weekends, and on-call duties.

Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality MRI imaging following facility protocols and safety standards.

Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses.

Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Document patient interactions and imaging procedures accurately in the electronic medical records system.

Execute on-call duties and rotating weekend schedules as required, ensuring coverage and continuity of care.
