Renova Wellness & Consulting is an integrative mental health and wellness practice dedicated to helping individuals heal, restore, and renew. We specialize in trauma recovery (e.g., PTSD, CPTSD) and provide evidence-based care for anxiety, depression, pain, panic disorders, and related conditions.

Compensation

Annual potential : $70,000 – $109,000+ based on caseload and schedule

Bonus opportunities for bringing new clients or contributing to practice growth

Responsibilities

Provide individual (and optional couples / family) therapy using ACT and other evidence-based modalities and interventions

Treat clients with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and related concerns

Maintain timely, accurate documentation

Collaborate with colleagues to support holistic wellness

Participate in team consultation, training, and professional development

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field

Current Utah license (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC) or provisionally licensed

EMDR or comparable training required

Training or interest in ACT and trauma-informed care

Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to collaborative, client-centered practice
