Pay rate starts at $36.90 / hr.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

Minimum : Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.

Preferred : Graduation from an accredited Masters or Doctorate physical therapy program or Bachelor's degree in physical therapy with continuing education credits or coursework.

LICENSE / CERTIFICATION

Indiana Physical Therapy license or eligibility with current temporary license required.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum : Clinical rotation experience in inpatient and outpatient environments with varied diagnoses.

Preferred : At lease one year experience as licensed physical therapist in varied environments including inpatient, outpatient, and home healthcare settings.
