Technology Services Trainee

The Atlanta Braves Trainee Program is designed for applicants who are interested in beginning a career in professional sports. Trainees will work full-time beginning in January 2026. Applicants are encouraged to visit for more information prior to applying.

The Technology Services Trainee is an entry level position supporting the Technology Services team in serving the internal users at the Atlanta Braves and The Braves Development Company. The successful candidate will have a strong willingness to learn troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues across different platforms including desktop printer POS and audio / video systems. The ability to work independently and maintain relationships will be critical to the success of this role.

Technology Services is a crucial enabler of The Atlanta Braves success by delivering reliable high-performance Technology systems and infrastructure that is easy to use. Technology Services works closely with business partners to improve and transform technology-enabled capabilities and the value of the Technology investment portfolio through innovation execution and outstanding user experience. Innovation efficiency and excellence are critical success factors.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Provide full IT environment end user support including desktops VoIP systems and POS systems - Retail and F&B
• Support audio video surveillance and display technology
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Responsible for the installation and maintenance of software hardware printers etc.
• Must be able to train end users on how to use IT systems and applications
• Work nights and weekends when needed including game coverage
