• Job Summary / Objective  As a Production Supervisor, this role will lead a high-performing production team in a state-of-the-art dairy manufacturing facility.
• As Production Supervisor, you'll drive operational excellence by managing and developing a team of production employees while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• This leadership role offers the opportunity to mentor and coach team members, influence process improvements, and directly impact daily production goals in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You'll serve as a key leader on the production floor, collaborating cross-functionally to solve complex challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives  Schedule - 6 p.m. - 6 a.m. and a rotating 2-2-3 schedule Primary Duties & Responsibilities :

Knowledge of food manufacturing processes related to dairy manufacturing.  Forklift Certification or previous experience  Education / Certifications :

Requires ability to visually observe the condition of surroundings.  Requires the ability to hear and speak in noisy environments.  Requires the ability to safely operate equipment.   Requires ability to stoop, bend, reach, lift and carry items between 20 and 55lbs often.  Requires ability to stoop, bend, reach, lift and carry items more than 55lbs occasionally.  Requires ability to climb ladders and stairs of various heights, including elevations of 100ft or more often.  Ability to work in varied ambient temperatures and conditions including extreme hot, cold, wet temperatures and dusty and dry environments.  Requires the ability to work in confined spaces often.  Ability to sit and drive a forklift occasionally.  Requires ability to work safely with hazardous chemicals.  Other Duties    The above job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by employees assigned to this job title.  This is not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all duties, tasks, and responsibilities.  Employees will be expected to perform duties that do not appear on the job description.  Management reserves the right to amend and change responsibilities to meet business and organizational needs as necessary.  BENEFITS :
