Key Responsibilities

• Design build and repair precision tools dies jigs fixtures and gauges.
• Operate and maintain a variety of machine tools including lathes mills grinders and EDMs.
• Interpret complex blueprints schematics and engineering drawings to determine specifications.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose tooling problems implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Perform precision measurements using instruments such as micrometers calipers and gauges to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize tool design and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on tooling to ensure longevity and consistent performance.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and quality control standards throughout the tool-making process.
