Project Estimator - Power Delivery

Location : Kansas City, MO

Salary : $80,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)

Employment Type : Full-Time

A leading engineering and infrastructure firm is seeking a Project Estimator with a strong background in Power Delivery to join their growing team in Kansas City . This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful utility projects while working in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed cost estimates for power delivery projects, including transmission, distribution, and substation work.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
  • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
  • Support project managers in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control throughout the project life cycle.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the power delivery field (transmission, distribution, or substations).
  • At least 2 years of experience in project estimation or project management .
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
