We're seeking a Medical Provider Account Representative with a passion for provider relations, healthcare billing and coding analytics, SaaS solutions, and client success. In this outbound capacity you'll be the lifeblood of ClaimReturn, combining knowledge of provider revenue-cycle management, relationship-building and results-driven performance.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full recovery-cycle on a portfolio of Provider accounts and cases from initial contact through payment receipt, develop and drive for results
  • Proactively make phone calls, build trust-based relationships and communicate with medical providers, displaying professionalism and empathy to facilitate a seamless recovery process, continually educating and collaborating with providers to deliver our service
  • Overcome obstacles and objections diplomatically using your healthcare knowledge and our supporting analytical documentation and coders
  • Adapt your communication style based on provider responsiveness and concerns
  • Maintain detailed records and case notes per account in the CRM

What You Bring

Qualifications -

  • 2-5 years of account management, business development, provider relations or revenue cycle management in Health Care
  • Bachelor's degree
  • MS Excel proficiency (you'll work with case data, tracking, filtering and reporting)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - you can build rapport quickly and maintain it under pressure
  • Behavioral Traits -

  • Work Environment & Schedule -

  • Location : On-site in Farmers Branch, TX (100% in-person collaboration)
  • Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
  • No weekends, evenings, or holidays!
  • Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential to team success and achieving metrics
