We're seeking a Medical Provider Account Representative with a passion for provider relations, healthcare billing and coding analytics, SaaS solutions, and client success. In this outbound capacity you'll be the lifeblood of ClaimReturn, combining knowledge of provider revenue-cycle management, relationship-building and results-driven performance.
What You'll Do
- Own the full recovery-cycle on a portfolio of Provider accounts and cases from initial contact through payment receipt, develop and drive for results
- Proactively make phone calls, build trust-based relationships and communicate with medical providers, displaying professionalism and empathy to facilitate a seamless recovery process, continually educating and collaborating with providers to deliver our service
- Overcome obstacles and objections diplomatically using your healthcare knowledge and our supporting analytical documentation and coders
- Adapt your communication style based on provider responsiveness and concerns
- Maintain detailed records and case notes per account in the CRM
